Just as we are physical we are spiritual. You have heard me say that repeatedly in all our courses. Because it is true. 🍎
With everything happening today around the world we can still be confident that He who began a good work in you will complete it.
3 tips for physical strength today and the days to come.
1. FEED the Gut – I cannot say it often enough, the gut is the beginning and end of all diseases! A healthy and happy gut is one that fights for you! 😊
It builds an army of bacteria and then nourishes the army till it is your best shield of defense. Remember over 70% of the immune system is in the gut.

2. FAKE foods kill – yes, foods such as sugar, and artificial, lab experiments – are foods that kill the gut bacteria - your defense.
This allows for invaders – even viruses to enter your body unannounced. No doorbell – no welcome mat – just a fast forward invasion.
Invasions lead to autoimmune system problems – either short term or chronic. Very ugly scene. Avoid at all times. There is never a day to celebrate with fake foods! 
3. FAST for greater health. – fasting allows the digestive system to catch up and rebuild. Fasting overnight was God’s design. Fasting 3 meals a week will strengthen the immune system for greater durability. Follow all fasting with high fiber and quality protein. 
3 Tips for Spiritual Strength today and days to come 📖
1. FOCUS on 1 Bible verse and mediate on it. Let the verse be the focus not a position of your body. Let the verse bring you to an awareness of GOD in your life – not on you.
Here are two verses that are my favorite: 1 John 4:4

2. FEEL the sun – yes – go outside for a 10 minute walk – rain, snow, wind or sun – nothing wakes up your senses as a walk in the fresh air. Yes, even pollen filled air. 
3. FRIENDS – hand write a note of gratitude to a friend. I know when I receive a handwritten note in the mail it represents time that person thought of me which is more belabored than a quick text or email.
Plus I can cherish the note card in my card basket to look back on when days are a little gloomy.

These tips are simple. God did not make life complicated - Man did.
