I have received many of your stories and I love reading them! It is
so
encouraging to hear how God is moving in your lives and how He brought
you to this point. If you are having trouble writing your story, let me know
and I will be glad to help you.
In our latest team prayer call, one word kept coming up and
that word is
“stuck.” The definition of the word stuck is “unable to move from a particular
position or place, or unable to change a situation.” We prayed for those
who are “stuck” in poor health, “stuck” in their prayer lives, and “stuck” in
bad relationships. We prayed for those who are struggling to
move forward.
My question to you is “are you stuck in knowing how to go forward with
your Biblical Wellness Ministry?”
Many of you have said that you just don’t know where to start. First, I am praying for
you and that the Lord will lead you in everything that you do. Second, let’s figure out how to get “unstuck.”
Have you ever gotten your car stuck in the mud? You try to go forward and
backward but you just end up spinning your wheels and getting nowhere.
Many times, to get your car unstuck, you must get help from someone to
come help pull you out of the mud. That is what we are here for. To help
you get unstuck and begin moving forward to a fruitful Biblical Wellness
Ministry.
To begin that fruitful ministry, I would like for each of you to pray about one
way to share Biblical Wellness over the next few weeks. Some of you have
already shared some of the things that you have planned for the next few
weeks and months. A few are beginning the Treasures Bible Study in their
homes or church, someone is hosting a booth at their church fall festival, and another is sharing bread with her co-workers in
hopes that it will open
the door to share Christ.
These are all wonderful ways to share Biblical Wellness and here a few
more:
- Start a social media page dedicated to Biblical
Wellness
- Have some friends over and share a meal and your story
- Ask to share your story in your small group
- Share a loaf of bread with your neighbor
- Invite someone to go with you to the Reclaim Conference in October.
These are just a few ways to share Biblical Health. If you are struggling to
know where to start, please email me and I will be glad to help you take
that first step.
God gives us a vision of the future in Revelation 21, a vision filled
with
strong and vibrant hope for stuck people. John sees a new heaven, a new
earth, and a new Jerusalem. The he hears God’s voice proclaiming,
“Behold, I am making all things new.” Rev. 21:5
2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new
creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.”
Are you ready to hear God Say, “Behold, I am making all things new”—
even you?
Friends let’s all work hard to get “unstuck,” move forward, and let God
make something beautiful of our Biblical Wellness Ministry.
Blessings!
