NOW  - on to my favorite topic.

I love to read. It can be health, nutrition, cookbooks and always an excellent novel. Give me a beach, lakefront, or pool and you will find me reading a great book.

So - I wanted to share my favorite reads for this summer:

Top on my list

1. ✨ 

If you want an inside view of what life is like in Iran - this book will keep you captivated  as Marziveh shares her journey through life, prison, battles with the men in her life and her redemption through Christ. Plus, you can see how God is at work in this rebellious country. This book is a must read for all ages 12 and up. I would highly recommend it for all homeschool families. It will make history come to life. And see God's hand in it all.

2. ✨ 

This book is not a new release, and it was given to me at a fair last weekend. But =- let me tell you. I found it fascinating, and it was written as an excellent novel.

If you love seeing the truth of Scripture be discovered in modern day? This book - is the go to. I loved it.

And I read it within 2 days as I was so loving the style of writing. Then I went into the Bible to read for myself what was just a short paragraph, but yet it gave every pertinent detail that made this discovery remarkable.

Again - this is a must for homeschoolers and adults. I think Bible study classes should read it together. 

Then I think we should all go to Malta together to see the bay and study Paul's writings right there on the sand. If you say yes, I will start packing!

3. ✨ This cookbook from Chef Moshe is fascinating. He has the gift of cooking and storytelling. He combines both in this incredible cookbook.
 

Keep praying as we work with the videos of his cooking in my kitchen. It was such a delightful experience and so tasty. 

Plus, while you are praying for me and this ministry - add this to your list: Our next trip to Israel - when, who and how. I am still working to complete the Foods of the Bible printed version with leader guide. My goal is still a release date of December or January. It would be more helpful if the videos were completed by then.

 Let me know your favorite summer read. Reading and relaxing calms the nervous system, regulates hormones and stabilizes blood sugar. So, we could call it the modern weight loss plan. Ok, that might be stretching it but for me, reading is the best for relaxing and filling my mind with great and mighty things.
