Hello family,
I want to share something that blessed my heart deeply.
Recently, one of our Inner Circle community members shared this tastimony after beginning a no-sugar journey in our September challenge:
“Good Amen Day to you all. I have embarked on a no sugar diet since Sept. 24, 2025 and have had only one slice of refined sugar carrot cake after 8
weeks—and the best reward was that I didn’t want the whole slice. After a few bites, I realized it no longer tasted the way it once did. I closed the container and tossed it out.
My taste buds have changed: Praise God! I have found Tom Leonard’s to be a favorite stop every two to three weeks for their local produce and clean fish with scales and fins, just as God created to be received (Lev. 11; 1 Tim. 4:3).
Praise Father for His healing knowledge and the
tool this Biblical Nutritionist has been for me. I am seeing steady improvement. Thank you Annette, Rhonda, and Kathy for the help I’ve received. Praise God! Amen.”
That’s a hallelujah transformation. Not willpower. Renewal. Not just refusing the foods but having a total change of what tastes good. She has reclaimed what Father God instilled in her since conception - the God-given ability to heal!
Don't you love
it!
Tonight, as you read this, I am headed to our first in a long time Christmas Party with new friends. I am making the Cranberry Wreath Bread from the Satisfied Baking With Whole Grains cookbook. It is so delicious. And then I am bringing Garlic Knots also from that cookbook. Satisfied has the best recipes for events and holidays.
This is a group of younger couples that have not been introduced to my milling concept. I have not told them. 😉 I can't wait to see or hear their reactions. Pray for me, I eager to see how God uses us in this new church. And now I am opening the door with bread!
Walking in His grace,
wisdom, and AMEN days,
