Shalom ,
As I look toward the new year, I’ve been doing some honest thinking about my own life — what’s working, what isn’t, and if I’ve drifted from the design God actually intended for me. And I have a feeling you might be asking some of those same questions too.
Here’s the truth I’ve had to remind myself of:
Your life
doesn’t change because the calendar flips. It changes when you reclaim God’s design.
That’s why so many resolutions fade by February. We try to change our schedule without changing the structure of our lives. But Scripture gives us a different blueprint — one that actually produces lasting transformation:
1. Your heart is shaped by truth.
“Your word I have treasured in my heart…” (Psalm 119:11)
When your heart is rooted in
truth, your motivation shifts. You stop forcing change and start living from the peace of the rhema Word, not guilt.
2. Your mind is renewed with clarity.
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” (Romans 12:2)
This is where clarity returns. When your thinking aligns with God’s design, confusion breaks and wise decisions become natural.
3. Your body responds through obedient action.
“…honor God with your body.” (1
Corinthians 6:20)
Your habits catch up to what your heart believes and your mind sees. Physical change becomes the expression of a life built on God’s design.
This is the pattern.
Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Not “try harder.”
Design: Heart → mind → body. God’s order, God’s process.
If you want a simple starting point, here’s a 30-second design check I personally use:
What is one habit (or
thought) that drains me?
What is one habit (or thought) that strengthens me?
What would change if I swapped those two for the next 7 days?
That one shift alone can create reclaim our hearts for the Lord.
Here is a recent 'tastimony' (some facts removed for safety) that shares how one mom reclaimed her life physically and spiritually and how it is blessing
the entire family:
"I just wanted to express my gratitude to you both and to all of you at the Biblical Nutritionist Leadership Family. Your ministry and organization have truly changed my health and my family’s health trajectory. We live in XXXXX, but we were in the states recently and that season investing in our health and in the Bib Nutritionist Inner circle changed everything for us.
My 9 year old gluten sensitive son with gallstones looks like a different child now that we only eat our own freshly milled bread from the one wheat berry variety that we get here xxxx:
I have finally started losing weight and have lost 16 pounds since getting back to xxxx only using fasting, and nutritious eating, and lots of vitamins and supplements:. My body is finally coming back into balance in
so many ways. I feel great and our whole family has been extremely healthy in a season where winter sickness is engulfing our community."
This tastimony shares how biblical renewal isn’t about dramatic resolutions — it’s about small, consistent steps that bring your daily life back into God’s design.
And that’s exactly why we created the Inner Circle.
Not for another burst of willpower, but for people who want to live spiritually and physically grounded in God’s design — and want the structure, community, and clarity to actually walk it out.
Enrollment opens December 29th.
If you feel God prompting you to rebuild your life around His design this year, this is your space. A place to get practical frameworks, biblical wisdom, and steady support that
actually moves your life forward.
No pressure. Just an open door.
Beyond the Inner Circle, every blog, video, book, and resource is for you. You are the reason we are here.
“Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it.” (Psalm 37:5)
My prayer
is that this becomes a year of reclaiming God's design — where your beliefs and body finally move together in the direction God intended… and you experience the freedom that comes from living the way He created you to live.
With gratitude and expectation,
