The donation you made in 2025 was so appreciated. Although the trip to Israel last spring did not happen, it was still a joy to cook with Chef Moshe in my kitchen.

So, we pulled and edited all the video footage from cooking with Chef Moshe into a course in our Biblical Nutrition Academy.

This was no easy feat. Chef Moshe continues from one story into another without a breath! Yet, the storytelling ability and the sincerity of learning from him were so special.

It was such a joy to work with Chef Moshe to prepare recipes while hearing him share stories from his life in Israel, the heart behind his restaurant, and the inspiration for his cookbook.
