Did you know your plate tells a story? What you serve to yourself and to your family is not only a story of what you believe for today but also what you believe about tomorrow. What we put on our plates is more than food. It can be an act of worship, stewardship, and trust.
When we connect biblical truth to our daily food choices, something beautiful happens—we experience health in ways that
touch our bodies, our emotions, and our spiritual walk.
God’s recipe for excellent health is simple and powerful. And it includes three things:
- Confidence in the kitchen
- Confidence in your health choices
- Confidence in God’s everlasting love
These three ingredients change everything!
In the video below, I walk through the simple, timeless, three
biblical principles that guide how we eat:
- Eat the foods God created and called good. When God says something is good, it’s good for the body—science keeps confirming what Scripture already told us.
- Eat foods as close to God’s original design as possible. The more man alters food, the more we lose the nourishment God intended.
- Do not let food become an addiction or god. Food is meant to serve us—not control us. God
wants freedom for you, not bondage.
I also answer the big questions like
- whether the Mediterranean diet is biblical,
- what Scripture really says about wine, and
- why unclean foods were never suddenly made clean.
God’s Word is consistent, and when we follow His design, our bodies respond with clarity, energy, and peace.
And if you’re raising little ones or influencing grandchildren, there are simple ways
to help children understand why we make the choices we do—without guilt, fear, or legalism.
Just grace, curiosity, and God’s wisdom.
Most of all, understand:
Biblical nutrition is not about perfection. It’s about stewardship.
When our choices reflect our love for God and God’s design, we step into the health He always intended for us.
